Support happens during scheduled office hours, not through async messaging. This keeps the engagement structured and prevents scope creep. If your team needs something beyond the tier inclusions, we scope and price it separately.
Three months on monthly billing. Annual commitments receive two months free (10 months billed for 12 months of service). Early clients receive a 90-day mutual exit clause so both sides can adjust as needed.
