02 The method
Software changes every few weeks. A person who understands how to give an assistant a job, check what comes back, and decide what it is allowed to do without asking is still capable when the app is redesigned. That is the difference between training that expires and training that compounds.
It also means no two people in a room need the same thing. Everyone takes The 7 Levels of AI Proficiency assessment during the session, which places where they are today and names the one capability worth practicing next. Somebody at Level 2 and somebody at Level 5 leave with different next steps and both leave with one.
The rest is coaching. Brief demonstration, then hands on, with individual help at the table while you work. Nobody watches a three-hour presentation, and nobody has their laptop taken over. You do the work, and somebody who has done it before is sitting next to you while you do.

03 What actually happens
You pick one thing you do every week and describe it out loud. Explaining your own work to something that has never done it is harder than it sounds, and getting that description right is most of why an assistant works or does not.
Your own laptop, your own account, in a workspace set up so it can only touch what you point it at. Instructions, the files it needs, and the rule for what it may do before it asks you.
You give it the real job, watch what comes back, and check it against the source. Nobody leaves carrying something they have never tested, and nobody leaves trusting an answer they have not verified.
Everyone works. That is the whole format.
