Measure · For leadership teams

The AI
Audit.

Most leadership teams cannot answer one question: where do our people and systems stand with AI? The AI Audit answers it with measurement. Every participant is placed on The 7 Levels of AI Proficiency, your workflows are mapped, and you get a written report with a prioritized path.

Measured at the start, measured again after, so progress is visible.

01What you get

Six deliverables,
one written report.

No. 01

Team proficiency baseline

Every participant is assessed against The 7 Levels of AI Proficiency. You see where each person and the team as a whole stands before anything gets planned.

No. 02

Leadership interviews

Short conversations with the leaders who own the work, so the findings reflect how the business runs beyond what the scores show.

No. 03

Workflow and capability map

The processes where AI could carry real work, mapped against the capability your team has today. This is where the plan comes from.

No. 04

Responsible-use findings

How AI is being used today: privacy, verification habits, human oversight, and the practices that need attention before you scale anything.

No. 05

Prioritized recommendations

What to develop first, what to build, and what to skip, in order, with the reasoning written down.

No. 06

Written capability report

A delivered document you can use with your board: where you started, what we found, and the defined next step into training, The 7 Levels Team Program, or a SAM build.

02How it works

Three steps,
start to report.

1. The baseline

Where your people stand

Your team takes the assessment (about ten minutes each) and we interview the leaders who own the work.

2. The map

The work itself

We map the workflows where AI could carry weight and compare them against the capability the baseline revealed.

3. The report

The path forward

You get the written report, a working session to walk through it, and a prioritized path you can run with or build on with us.

Where the report leads

Build working systems

Where the map shows workflows ready for AI to carry, SAM puts a working system into the business, owned by you.

See how SAM works

The audit is Measure. These are Teach and Build.

03Who it serves

Built for teams where AI readiness
reached the board agenda.

The AI Audit fits leadership teams that suspect their people are further behind (or further ahead) than anyone can prove, companies buying AI tools without knowing who can run them, and organizations that want a defensible baseline before spending on training or builds.

04FAQ

Questions teams
ask first.

What is an AI Audit?

An AI Audit is an organizational measurement of AI capability. LaunchReady's version measures every participant against The 7 Levels of AI Proficiency, maps the workflows where AI could carry real work, reviews responsible-use practices, and delivers a written report with a prioritized development path. It answers the question most leadership teams cannot answer today: where do our people and systems stand with AI?

How long does an AI Audit take?

The individual assessment takes each participant about ten minutes. The full audit, including leadership interviews, workflow mapping, and the written report, is scoped in the first conversation based on team size and how many workflows you want mapped.

How much does an AI Audit cost?

The AI Audit is quoted in a proposal after a short call, because a ten-person team and a hundred-person organization are different jobs. The individual 7 Levels assessment is free at assess.launchready.ai and is a good first look before booking a conversation.

What happens after the audit?

The written report ends with a prioritized path: what to develop, in what order, and how to verify progress. Some teams take it into training or The 7 Levels Team Program, some into a SAM custom build, and some run the plan themselves. The report is yours either way, and a re-assessment later shows movement, not opinion.

Measure first.
Then decide.

A short call scopes the audit to your team. You leave the process with a baseline, a map, and a written path, whatever you decide to build.

The individual assessment is free and takes 10 minutes.
