AI Training for Teams
We'll respond within one business day
A real session. On site or virtual, your room or ours.
The problem we solve
You're paying for AI seats and subscriptions. The people who log in don't know what to build. Training turns unused seats into working systems, built on your actual work.
Most teams have poked at a chatbot and stopped there. They haven't seen what the current tools can do, so the hours keep going where they always went.
Your AI champion proved it works. We do the next part: turning one person's knowledge into the whole team's capability.
A discovery conversation about the roles you have, the tools you already pay for, and the work that eats the most hours. We pick the tasks the training is built on.
A hands-on session where every person works on their own real tasks with the tools your company already uses. Data safety is covered first, before anything gets pasted anywhere.
Working setups for every attendee, and ongoing support after training day so the new habits hold and adoption grows.
Your people leave with automations and AI setups they'll use the next morning, in the tools you already pay for.
Your bookkeeper trains on reconciliation, your ops lead trains on scheduling. Everyone works on their own job.
Training is the start. We stay with your team so AI becomes part of how you work.
“Harrison Painter's AI workshop was a game-changer. Our agents explored how tools like ChatGPT can streamline marketing, customer service, and operations.”
“The workshop was a blast. I had a little trouble getting set up at first, but Harrison never made me feel rushed or lost. He walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood how to get my AI agent up and running.”
“Harrison is one of the most knowledgeable people I know working in AI. What stands out even more is how hard he works to stay ahead of what is changing and turn that knowledge into something people can actually use. He genuinely cares about helping others understand AI so they are not left behind. When people talk about AI in Indiana, Harrison is one of the first names that comes to mind.”
Sessions work best when everyone gets individual help. For larger companies we run multiple sessions by role or department. The discovery conversation covers this.
Usually not. The training starts from the tools you already pay for. If something is genuinely missing, we say so plainly and tell you the cheapest way to fill it.
Both work. On site is stronger for first sessions because the energy of the room does part of the teaching. Virtual works well for follow-ups.
Team training is scoped to your company. The conversation starts with what your team needs.
Tell us about your team and we'll get back to you within one business day.
